The newly founded organization at that time and its first Chairman of the managing board - Georgi Petrov aimed to build up circumstances for an active partnership to demonstrate the role of the chitalishte as a civil organization and a center for community development with cultural, educational, informational and social functions.
During the years ICCA has gone through different alterations, it stayed active and made partnerships with more community centers, municipalities, NGO`s, scientific institutes and businesses.
Dear colleagues, HAPPY ANNIVERSARY.
Let`s wish ourselves to stay healthy, be energetic and find inspiration for new initiatives to develop the chitalishte and its activities.
