Innovative Community Centers Association General Assembly Meeting 2010

On April 22nd, 2010 at Chitalishte "Tzar Boris III", Sofia the regular annual General Assembly meeting of the Innovative Community Centers Association was held. However, to be honest the word meeting does not describe quite well what happened that day. The spirit of the event could be illustrated by the lively dialogue, conversation, exchange of ideas and good practices.

The Association's Chairman Eng. George Petrov pointed out the most significant moments of last year's life of the Association and presented the plan for its future development. Also, changes and amendments to the Association's Statute were discussed and approved. The approved amendments are aimed at achieving better clarity and precision in the interpretation of the membership rules.

Many issues were resolved - representatives of some Chitalishtes shared their problems, concerns, as well as examples of work well done. It turned out that the exchange of experience was worth going all the way from Vidin, Yagodovo, Belene, Kazanlak and all other settlements in Bulgaria to Sofia.

The paths went on different ways after the end of the meeting though the willingness to achieve even better results and be in a good mood will bring them back together was carried back home.
